Please read through our terms and conditions before you place an order in our online shop. We abide our terms and conditions in accordance with Swedish law. By placing an order in our webshop, you thereby agree to our terms and conditions as stated here.

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. For Swedish customers, prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish kronor). For customers outside Sweden, prices may be displayed in EUR (euro) or DKK (Danish kroner), depending on the selected country and payment method.

Nic & Mel reserves the right not to deliver or cancel an order due to technical problems, errors in payment, pricing or in stock.

Domestic Deliveries

Free shipping is applied to all orders within Sweden above 699 SEK. For orders below 300 SEK a flat shipping fee of 69 SEK is applied. Small goods are shipped straight to the customer via PostNord, while larger parcels are shipped to a local delivery point using DHL. Notifications will be sent out by text message or e-mail as soon the package is registered as ready to be picked up. Standard delivery time is between 1-3 working days after order confirmation. For return shipping and exchanges a flat fee of 69 SEK is applied.

International Deliveries

For shipment of orders outside of Sweden, separate shipping fees are applied depending on country or region. Delivery time varies between 3-10 days and parcels are managed and delivered by domestic postal or courier services. For return shipping and exchanges a flat rate equal to the original shipping fee is applied.

International Freight Costs:

  • Within EU: € 17
  • Europe Non-EU: € 25
  • Worldwide: € 25

Payment

Qliro is Nic & Mel’s payment service provider and manages all checkout transactions.
With Qliro, you have access to a wide range of payment options, including Swish, invoice, direct bank payment, and instalment account.

When you choose to pay with Swish, you’ll notice that the payee is shown as Q*Nicandmel.
This simply means that Qliro receives the funds on behalf of Nic & Mel and securely processes the payment for your purchase.
If an invoice is paid after the due date, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be applied.
If the ordered parcel is not picked up in time and automatically returned, a fee of 250 SEK will be incurred, to cover the return costs of the sender.
We accept payments in SEK, EUR, and DKK. The currency used at checkout depends on the customer’s country and selected payment method. For international purchases, exchange rates and possible transaction fees may apply, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

Nic & Mel provides a general one year warranty for all our products, limited to manufacturing defects, including stitching and adhesives binding. In order to report a warranty issue, please contact us at customer@nicandmel.com

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or force majeure.
  • Defects or damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidents, (such as knocks, dents, crushing, falling) or unjustifiable repair or modification.
  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to regular wear and tear and age (such as scratches, worn leather and stains).

Complaints (Faulty Goods)

You are entitled to complain about a product that is faulty, has an inherent manufacturing defect, or does not conform to what was agreed. Your statutory rights apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please follow these steps to submit a complaint:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at customer@nicandmel.com, quoting your order number and providing a clear description of the issue. Where possible, include photos that show the defect.
  2. We will respond within a reasonable time and advise you on the next steps. This may involve returning the item to us or opening a service case.
  3. Items must be returned securely packaged, using a tracked shipping method. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
  4. If your complaint is accepted, we will offer a remedy such as repair, replacement, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund — depending on the circumstances and what is appropriate under the applicable law.

Please note:
The right to complain does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents, theft, fire, or water damage. If you return an item without prior approval, you may not be eligible for a refund if the item is damaged in transit. Unless otherwise agreed, return postage may apply and can be deducted from any refund.

Disputes and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint that we have been unable to resolve via Customer Service, you may consider using an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We will inform you, upon request, whether we are able to engage with a suitable ADR body for your case.

    For cross-border purchases within the EU, you can submit a complaint via the EU’s ODR platform:

This does not affect your statutory right to bring proceedings before a competent court in your country of residence, where such a right exists.

Upon registration and ordering in our webshop you approve Nic & Mel AB to store and use the personal information you share with us, in accordance with Swedish law, solely in relation to the company’s given operations and in order to fulfill our obligations towards you as our customer. Nic & Mel AB commits to protect your personal information in accordance to Swedish law and to only use the information while handling orders and to offer relevant marketing via e-mail and text messages. Nic & Mel AB assures their customers that collected personal information will not be passed on, exchanged with or published by any third party.
